Accommodation rates (tariffs) & how to book

Tariffs
From 10/04/2008 (subject to change). Per cottage daily, up to 2 adults, GST inclusive.
Christmas fortnight, Easter week & long weekends or single night	$160
Ordinary weekends (2 days) & balance of Christmas holidays	$140
Off-peak weekend package (Fri-Mon)	$110
Other school holiday weeknights & less than 4 weeknights	$110
Off-peak weekly (7 Nights) & mid-week package (4-5 nights, Sun-Thurs)	$100
Extra adults	$30/person/night
Children, 2-18 years	add $10/child/night
Dogs	add $10/dog/stay
Please note: Barn Studio & Cypress Lodge: subtract $20 per night from the above rates. Stringybark Cottage: add $20 per night to the above rates.

Minimum booking periods apply.

Deposits All prices include GST. 50% deposit. Balance on arrival. Bookings must be confirmed by deposit within 7 days.

Payment: We accept Mastercard or Visa by phone. Cheque or money order by mail. Cheques payable to: R & P Gilbert, RSD Birregurra, Vic, 3242

When we receive your deposit: We'll send you a receipt and your arrival instructions, including a map of how to find us. Bring your booking sheet to confirm which is your cottage. To pay the balance of money owing, you may pay by credit card by phone on arrival; or by EFTPOS, cash or cheque at the Dean's Marsh Store.

Cancellations and refunds: If you change your booking please note how refunds work: We will fully refund you deposit if a) we can fully book what you'd booked, and b) you re-book for the same length of stay at another time. However, if we can fully re-book you stay but you don't re-book, we'll charge a $30 booking fee to cover our costs. No refunds otherwise.

Arrival time 5pm, departure time 10am.(Times are flexible by prior arrangement.)
